( Motion: Hale; Second: Berg; Vote: 5-0. ) The Board also authorized Cindy to contract with George Precella to clean the hot-tub bathrooms twice a month for $30. In June, the Board balked at a bid of $50 from Advanced Water Care. The hot-tub committee will provide cleaning tools and supplies. George will clean the bathrooms on the first and fifteenth of each month. We will poll the owners on replacement of the hot tub and vote on the matter at the Annual Meeting.
5. SOCIAL COMMITTEE UPDATE Cindy is still recruiting members for this committee. A number of neighborhood women are interested but would rather not chair the group. Do we have a born leader out there? Contact Cindy.
Meantime, the Board will host an FAC at the hot-tub area this month or next. Beer, wine, soft drinks and munchies will be provided (NOT from your dues) for Northcreek residents. Bring your own folding chairs. Watch for flyers.
