MEETING: NSHOA Board of Directors
DATE: November 4, 2004
LOCATION: Lathrop residence, 4874 Hopkins

1. ATTENDEES: Veronica Precella, Karin Hale, Barbara Ditmars, Rich Lathrop. A quorum was present.

2. ONLY AGENDA ITEM: Planning for Annual Meeting, set for Nov. 7 at Northcreek hot-tub area beginning at noon. Our goals for the meeting are to elect new members to the Board of Directors and to make decisions on the 4 topic areas described in the information homeowners received Oct. 23: Community Sign, Management, Parking and Dues.

3. ADJOURN: Next meeting (if newly elected Board follows pattern) Thurs., Dec 2, 7-8 p.m. at location to be announced.
