Neighborhood Email Group

There is an email group/reflector (implemented via GoogleGroups) for issues pertaining to the Entire Northcreek neighborhood. This email group is not used as an official form of communications from the Homeowners Association Board of Directors or the HOA management company. The list is not restricted to homeowners; renters or other occupants can also be included.

As of 11/19/21, there are 74 unique email-addresses/members of “Entire_Northcreek_Neighborhood”. Some people have more than one email address that is a “member” of the group (which is no problem). I’m guessing that the group includes people in maybe 55 of the 71 homes within Northcreek).

• Some examples of things that you might want to do with this system are discuss safety concerns, announce a neighborhood BBQ, inform your neighbors of a theft, ask about a problem you’re having with your home, search for a babysitter, etc.
• The system allows you to send an e-mail message to a single e-mail address, “Entire_Northcreek_Neighborhood@googlegroups.com”, and the system then automatically distributes that message to ALL PEOPLE who have subscribed to the group. If you want to receive this information or be able to distribute information to the group, you must first send an e-mail to “paul@throcko.net” and mention what e-mail address you would like to have added to the list. Also mention at what street address you live.
