Minutes of this Annual Meeting

Colorado law requires all HOAs to have written policies and procedures for the following topics in place by January 1^st, 2006. The law does not specify the policy and procedure details. Part of what it does say is that Associations shall “adopt policies, procedures, and rules and regulations concerning …” the topics listed in this table.

The details proposed by the NSHOA Board of Directors for the content of those documents are available in the Adobe-pdf-formatted documents reachable through the links in this table.
